The base wage for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 Per hour (depending on experience) plus Health & Welfare fringe benefit.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Team to oversee our cafeteria near Albany.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Provide strategic and hands-on leadership while ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and team members to foster trust and collaboration.
- Team Integration: Serve as a unifying force within the organization, promoting a culture of inclusion, teamwork and accountability.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, including catering logistics, resource allocation, staff training and quality assurance.
- Business Development Support: Key in on opportunities to increase sales, taking advantage of expanded catering opportunities and other potential dining services.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in corporate dining. Experience in startup operations a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to integrate into a team-oriented, employee-owned culture.
- Experience with catering operations and logistics.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic work environments.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, lead and motivate teams to deliver quality service and support.
