Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Make beds and change linens as needed
- Launder and fold towels, sheets, and other linens
- Sort and organize laundry items for washing, drying, and ironing
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Handle guest requests for additional supplies or services promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
- Knowledge of laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes
- Ability to clean efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
