We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively handling inquiries. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Process cash transactions accurately and handle payments securely.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain accurate databases.
- Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
- On the job training to be able to review medical diagnoses and paperwork to appropriately set patients up for intake.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
