Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the vehicle lot, including vehicle movement, organization, and cleanliness.
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude, providing exceptional guest services and guiding them through their vehicle needs.
- Oversee vehicle parking, ensuring proper placement and adherence to safety protocols in parking areas.
- Assist customers with vehicle inspections, test drives, and delivery processes while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Conduct manual inspections of vehicles for damage or maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Supervise heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle movement or lot setup, ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Support delivery drivers by coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pickups efficiently within outdoor work environments.
Skills
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles to enhance customer experiences on the lot.
- Valid driving experience with proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and vendors.
