Position Summary
The Investment Representative serves as the primary point of contact for FinX clients, providing professional support related to investment accounts, platform functionality, and general investment inquiries. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding client experience by assisting users with account-related questions, onboarding, platform navigation, and basic investment guidance within the scope of the firm’s compliance policies. This positions start with unpaid intern for 1 month. The candidate should pass the series 65 exam within 30 days in order to get a full-time paid position.
This position works closely with our Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, and general account administration.
- Help clients navigate the FinX platform, including account features, portfolio views, deposits, withdrawals, and trading-related functions.
- Respond to client questions regarding account status, investment products, and general market information within regulatory guidelines.
- Educate clients on FinX products, services, and platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with internal technology and operations teams to resolve technical or operational matters.
- Escalate compliance, trading, or operational issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and service requests.
- Follow all SEC, state regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 65 license OR Candidates must successfully obtain the Series 65 license within one (1) month of employment. Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining the required license within the specified timeframe.
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common CRM/customer support platforms.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in wealth management, investment advisory, brokerage, banking, or fintech.
- Experience in customer support or client relationship management.
- Familiarity with brokerage accounts, securities markets, and investment products.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
