We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at our Mankato, MN facility. As an Office Manager, you’ll be the organizational hub of a globally recognized manufacturer of precision electronics packaging equipment.

About the Position: The Office Manager serves as the administrative backbone of V-TEK, Inc. This role covers front-desk and office coordination, executive administrative support functions, customer and supplier onboarding documentation, coordination for our Field Service Team, and trade show and event logistics. The right candidate works independently, manages multiple priorities with accuracy, and represent the company professionally with each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage front-desk operations such as phones, visitors, mail, office supplies, and general office readiness
· Provide administrative support to executives and department leaders including document preparation, correspondence, and meeting coordination
· Assist with customer and supplier onboarding documentation including certificates of insurance, NDA’s, compliance forms, quality assurance surveys, and other documents
· Provide administration support for the Field Service Teams such as scheduling calendars, service quotes, preparing and tracking service orders, and customer communication follow-up
· Support trade show and event logistics by assisting with event registrations, travel itineraries, acquiring promotional materials, and ensure proper shipment and return of booth materials, literature, equipment, and supplies for events.
· Conduct and complete local errands and provide backup support to departments as needed.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, administration, office management, or related field is preferred
· Two years of experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, office manager, executive assistant, customer service, or similar professional role preferred
· Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on tasks.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, visitors, and management/leadership staff
· High attention to detail, accuracy, proofreading ability, and documentation review skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Experience with customer/supplier documentation, onboarding forms, government/business documentation, quality surveys and compliance materials is a plus
