We are looking for a Lead Development Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our products and services. This role is responsible for responding to new inquiries, reactivating previous opportunities, and connecting qualified homeowners with our Lighting Consultants through a seamless warm handoff process.
This is not a sales position. You will not be responsible for quoting, presenting proposals, or closing deals. Instead, your success will come from creating outstanding customer experiences, identifying opportunities, and helping customers take the next step in their buying journey.
What You'll Do
- Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
- Contact homeowners who have previously requested information or estimates
- Re-engage dormant opportunities within our CRM
- Gather initial project information and customer goals
- Schedule consultations with our Lighting Consultants
- Coordinate professional warm handoffs between customers and consultants
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules within our CRM
- Ensure every customer receives prompt and professional communication
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, dealership BDC, call center, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- $17.00 per hour
- $50 bonus for each closed sale generated from your lead handoffs (within 30 days)
