Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager with a focus on video production, social media coordination and creation, creating marketing collateral, and overall marketing strategy. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator that has an eye for digital storytelling, who’s ready to learn, contribute, and grow alongside us. This role will be based on site at our Round Rock location with the ability to drive to our Katy store from time to time.
What You Will Do:
- Support video production by helping with filming, editing, and planning shoot logistics
- Generate new marketing strategies that increase awareness for new customers as well as returning customers
- Help execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research and blog updates
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative marketing strategies
- Help organize marketing assets and maintain content calendars
- Participate in internal meetings and assist with reporting on campaign performance
- Prep campers to make camera ready, including unpacking boxes, moving spare tires, wiping down unit, etc.

Requirements & Experience:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- A creative mindset and eye for detail
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or website CMS like WordPress
- Comfortable with camera and gimbal work
- BONUS: Knowledge of the industry or a passion for the outdoors, camping or travel
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to manage camera equipment up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, both heat and cold
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 35lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
