Job Summary

Duties
- Assist with mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete to meet project specifications and quality standards
- Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete structures using carpentry skills and hand tools
- Install rebar reinforcement to strengthen concrete elements according to blueprints and schematics
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and lifting machinery safely and effectively
- Perform site preparation activities including excavation, grading, and layout reading from blueprints or schematics
- Apply finishing techniques like troweling, caulking, and sealing to achieve smooth surfaces on floors, walls, or decorative concrete features
- Support installation of masonry components such as tile laying, stucco, or trim carpentry for renovation or restoration projects
Requirements
- Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and related trades
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, power equipment, heavy machinery operation, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or construction drawings accurately
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and project workflows is a plus
- Strong teamwork attitude with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment as needed
