Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through networking, follow-up, and marketing
- Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
- Stay current on market trends, pricing, and inventory
- Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience from first contact to close
Qualifications
- Active real estate license or ability to obtain one with 60 days
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and basic marketing tools
