Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Referral Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional service. This role is crucial in scheduling appointments for our Spanish speaking clients, and following up on paperwork and billing issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with information about our services.
- Schedule appointments with clients and ensure the proper paperwork has been completed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Provide front office assistance to clients when office manager is out of the office
- Weekly cleaning of office and daily light tidying.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office is highly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse client populations.
Job Type: Part-time
