Job Summary
Spring Creek Golf Club is seeking dependable, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Services Team for the Fall 2026 season.
Outside Service Attendants play an important role in delivering an exceptional golf experience by providing outstanding service to our members and guests while helping ensure daily golf operations run smoothly. We are looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with others, take pride in their work, and represent Spring Creek Golf Club with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, stage, and maintain the golf cart fleet to club standards.
- Maintain the driving range, including collecting, washing, and stocking range balls.
- Keep practice facilities clean, organized, and ready for member and guest use.
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading golf bags.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bag drop, cart staging area, and practice facilities.
- Provide courteous and prompt service while responding to member and guest requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Professional Staff.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also completing tasks independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work in a physically active, outdoor environment.
- Ability to lift and handle golf bags weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and both opening and closing shifts as needed.
