Customer Success & Sales Coordinator

Black Acid Apparel is looking for an energetic, outgoing Customer Success & Sales Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our customers. Every day is different—from helping race teams design apparel to working with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and events.
We're a growing custom apparel company that's anything but corporate. We move fast, solve problems, and take pride in delivering an incredible customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Respond to Facebook, Instagram, email, text, and phone inquiries
- Build quotes and help customers choose the best products
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and leads
- Enter customer orders into our production system
- Keep customers updated throughout their order
- Coordinate artwork approvals and collect needed information
- Help maintain an organized office and workflow
- Occasionally create social media posts or behind-the-scenes content
- Work closely with our production team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
