Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Vantec LLC in Webster City, IA. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our equipment, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and repair injection molding machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on molding machines and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure minimal downtime by addressing issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment status.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastics injection molding.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in industrial environments.
- Graduation from accredited institution is strongly preferred.
