Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, able to anticipate the needs of a busy provider while ensuring excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and medication reconciliation
- Administer injections, immunizations, and venipuncture
- Conduct EKGs and assist with minor procedures
- Perform basic triage and communicate follow up information as directed by provider
- Maintain accurate records and efficient patient flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Strong computer, phone and medical terminology skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well within a team environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
