About the Company
Crystal Hospitality Group is a growing commercial general contractor specializing in hotel and resort renovations nationwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Accountant to support our accounting, project, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and client billing
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Maintain financial records, job-cost reports, budgets, and monthly reporting
- Assist with payroll and employee expense reports
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation with project teams
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, lien waivers, and compliance documents
- Use Procore for project financial tracking and document management
- Support leadership and general office operations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required
- Hands-on Procore experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AP/AR, job costing, subcontractor invoicing, and financial reconciliation
- Construction accounting experience required
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on Sage Intacct experience
- Experience with AIA billing, payroll, procurement, or hospitality construction
