The Sales Associate is responsible for managing the customer shopping experience while ensuring the legal sale of spirits throughout the Commonwealth. Sales Associates greet and assist customers with their product selections, provide product information, recipe suggestions, and ring up customer purchases at the register. Sales Associates must possess effective communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, and must take initiative to satisfy customer needs while encouraging the sale of premium products. Additional duties include stocking merchandise, assembling displays, cleaning the store, and any other tasks assigned by management. This is an hourly position which does not include employee state benefits. 29-hour max cap per week, not to exceed 1500 hours per year. Must be 21 years of age. Ability to effectively lift at least 65 lbs. High School diploma or GED. Six months of customer service sales experience preferred.
