Position Overview
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be the face of Top Turf in the field. You will provide professional pest control services for residential properties, performing inspections, identifying pest issues, and applying effective treatment solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general pest control treatments for residential customers using approved products and application techniques.
- Inspect properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conditions conducive to infestations.
- Diagnose pest-related issues and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
- Meet weekly production and service goals.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and promote additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in clean and working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and state regulations regarding pest control applications.
Qualifications
- Licensed in General Pest Control (required).
- Minimum of 1+ year of pest control experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently while managing a daily service route.
- Desire to grow within the company and potentially take on leadership responsibilities.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
