- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple stations on the line effectively.
- Follow all food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Help with menu planning ideas that enhance breakfast options and overall kitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery.
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant cooking, or culinary roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Experience with meal preparation, catering, or fine dining environments is a plus.
