Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM- 5 days a week
Chesapeake Beach Resort is seeking a reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Breakfast Cook to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast offerings in a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast items including omelets, eggs, pancakes, waffles, breakfast meats, and other menu offerings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with health and safety standards.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet resort standards.
Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
Set up and break down breakfast stations daily.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
Assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests when interacting in the breakfast area.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth breakfast operations.
Qualifications:
Previous breakfast cook, line cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
Experience preparing eggs and made-to-order breakfast items is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and food quality.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
