Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Epoxy Installer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and willing to learn new skills while working collaboratively with other team members. Pay determined by experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed for various projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, large planetary grinders and shot-blasters safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers to complete tasks accurately.
- Carefully follow instructions for mixing epoxy.
- Perform prepping and placing of epoxy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on site.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Attention to detail in completing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to work with a variety of chemicals and wear proper PPE.
