Medical Assistant (MA) – Med Spa | Now Hiring
We’re looking for an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing med spa team. This role blends clinical support with front‑office responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Client greeting — create a warm, welcoming experience
- Room preparation — ensure treatment rooms are clean and ready
- Client intake — take photos, review intake questions, confirm forms are completed
- Scribing — document for the provider during consultations
- Treatment assistance — support the provider during select procedures
- Aftercare review — educate clients on post‑treatment instructions
- Checkout — process payments and schedule follow‑ups
- EMR/CRM navigation — manage client charts and communication
- Phones & texts — assist with client inquiries and scheduling
Team Structure
Each shift includes two MAs:
- MA 1 — primarily supports the provider during treatments
- MA 2 — focuses more on office workflow while assisting MA 1 as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous MA experience (preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or a clinical setting)
- Strong communication and client‑care skills
- Comfort with EMR/CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
