Culinary Staff Associate
Bonclarken is the conference center of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian (ARP). Applicants must possess a positive attitude, work well with other team members, be able to work unsupervised, and communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.

Work life and benefits:
Medium to fast-paced work environment
Work as part of a minor, close-knit team
Early morning shifts and early night shifts, out by 7:30 pm at the latest.
Meals are provided to staff for each meal service they work
Support in Culinary Education
Full-Time: $18-$20; Based on Experience

Job duties:
- Set up stations with necessary supplies.
- Prepare vegetables and meat, as well as soups, sauces, and other foods for preparation.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and consistently reproduce a dish
- Curate/produce menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up the station and properly store leftover food
- Stock inventory
- Follow OSHA Safety and Health Codes
Skills/Qualifications
Required: HS Diploma or equivalent
Recommended but not required: Experience in Culinary, restaurant, food service, or hospitality.
ServSafe Food Handler or Manager Certification. Bonclarken is willing to help with the costs of certifications.
