ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Membership Consultant / Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of our studio experience—connecting with potential members, building relationships, and helping grow a vibrant fitness community. You’ll work closely with studio leadership and a dynamic sales team to drive membership growth while delivering exceptional service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and closing
- Build relationships with prospective and current members
- Conduct studio tours tailored to individual goals and needs
- Execute grassroots marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and meet monthly sales targets
- Promote memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training programs
- Assist with front desk operations, client check-ins, and daily studio flow
- Support social media content and local marketing efforts
- Represent the studio at community events, grand openings, and wellness initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience (required)
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to consistently follow up and close leads via phone, text, and email
- Excellent communication skills across all channels with a focus on responsiveness and persistence
- Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn and use the Club Ready software system (experience a plus)
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Must have weekend availability
