Zdarsky, Sawicki & Agostinelli LLP is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join our growing Buffalo, New York office. We are a boutique business and commercial law firm that represents clients in both litigation and transactional matters, and our attorneys regularly appear in a variety of forums, including the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, Federal Court, Family Court, Bankruptcy Court, and the Seneca Nation Courts.
Our practice is dynamic, combining sophisticated commercial litigation with a substantial transactional practice, including the representation of property developers, construction companies, commercial and large residential landlords, property managers, and various other businesses. Comprised of seven partners and two experienced of counsel attorneys, we foster a collaborative environment with direct access to seasoned practitioners.
Associate Litigation Attorney Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have between one and three years of experience concerning research, writing, and litigation, and a demonstrated ability to manage matters independently. Candidates with complementary practice areas are encouraged to apply.
Associate Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- 1. Admission to practice in New York
- 2. Between one and three years of experience
- 3. Experience including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
- 4. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- 5. Ability to manage client relationships and develop/implement case strategy
A portable book of business is not required but will be viewed favorably.
