Position Overview
Sole 203 is seeking an experienced and passionate cocktail server to join the opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the identity of a brand-new Louisville destination. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve cocktails with precision in a timely and friendly manner
- Provide warm, engaging service that reflects the speakeasy’s intimate atmosphere
- Maintain the service area
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards
- Assist with opening and closing the speakeasy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience, preferably in a craft cocktail or fine dining setting
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
