Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a comprehensive understanding of auto mechanics, welding, organization, and team supervision. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining efficient operations. The Shop Manager will play a pivotal role in making sure equipment is running properly, and day to day operations with equipment checkout Etc.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining equipment, and keeping shop cleaned and organized.
- Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing, stock management, and merchandising strategies.
- Oil changes, Chain sharpening, making sure all equipment is up to date.
- Giving direction to employees at the end of day checklist.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management & employee development
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous assistant manager or managerial experience is highly desirable
