Position Overview
As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our customers' lawns while delivering a positive, professional experience at every visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and attention to detail.
- Perform lawn inspections, diagnose turf issues, and educate customers on findings.
- Safely and efficiently operate lawn application equipment.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using industry best practices.
- Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training and education.
No License Yet? No Problem!
A State Applicator License is encouraged but not required — we'll pay for your training and help you obtain it. The more experience you gain, the more you earn.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, background check, and motor vehicle screening
- Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required; we provide paid training
