We are looking for established cleaning professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service. This opportunity is specifically for experienced independent cleaning contractors — not gig workers or individuals looking to learn the cleaning business.
Compensation
$25–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and assignment, plus tips

Contractor Responsibilities
Independent cleaning professionals are expected to:
· Provide professional, detail-oriented cleaning services
· Arrive on time and prepared for each accepted assignment
· Review the property and customer expectations before beginning
· Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, surfaces, and other requested areas
· Follow the cleaning scope and customer instructions
· Work independently and efficiently
· Maintain professional communication and customer service
· Provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment
· Maintain reliable transportation
· Maintain a smartphone for scheduling and communication
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of verifiable professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
· Must operate as an independent cleaning contractor
· Must have general liability insurance or be willing to obtain coverage before accepting cleaning assignments
· Must successfully pass a background check
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must have professional cleaning supplies and equipment
· Must have a smartphone
· Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

SoCal Premier Cleaning connects customers with independent cleaning professionals. Contractors maintain control over whether to accept referred cleaning opportunities and are responsible for maintaining applicable insurance, equipment, supplies, licenses, and other requirements associated with their independent business.
