We’re seeking an experienced Seamstress/Tailor to join our on-site team and provide high-quality alterations and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clothing alterations and repairs, including hemming, zipper replacement, tapering, resizing, and patching.
- Work directly with customers for fittings and alteration consultations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with front counter staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Handle garments with care and attention to quality and detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a seamstress, tailor, or alterations specialist (dry cleaning or retail tailoring experience preferred).
- Strong sewing and garment construction skills — both hand and machine.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer service–oriented, professional, and reliable.
