Role Overview
The Regional Construction / Project Manager will manage multiple residential renovation and flip projects simultaneously. You will coordinate contractors, vendors, materials, timelines, inspections, and project updates while ensuring each property meets our standards for design, craftsmanship, cost control, and speed to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage renovation projects from initial walkthrough and scope development through final completion.
- Review project scopes, budgets, schedules, bids, material selections, and design plans.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, safety, and adherence to budget and schedule.
- Identify risks, solve field issues quickly, and communicate clear recommendations and updates to leadership.
- Track project progress, invoices, change orders, photos, and documentation using company technology and project-management tools.
- Ensure properties are ready for inspections, listing, and turnover on schedule.
- Help improve construction systems, standards, vendor relationships, and operating processes as the business grows.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has prior construction management or residential project management experience and a strong practical understanding of renovation, construction sequencing, materials, estimating, and residential design. You should be comfortable managing several active projects, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and making sound decisions in the field.
Required Qualifications & Preferred Strengths
Prior construction or project management experience
Experience in residential renovations, rehabs, or house flipping
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design
Estimating, budgeting, or contractor-management experience
Excellent organization, accountability, and communication
Familiarity with local permitting and inspection processes
Comfort using smartphones, spreadsheets, shared drives, and project-management software
Experience with renovation or real estate investment software
Reliable personal truck and valid driver’s license
Established contractor or vendor network in PA or South Jersey
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
