About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced landscape crew member who can handle more than just mowing. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and is looking to grow into a crew leader/foreman role over time.
Responsibilities:
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulching and bed preparation
- Bed edging and detail work
- Property maintenance beyond basic mowing
- Operating landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience with walk-behind mowers, zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ability to drive a truck with trailer (including backing up)
- Experience with mulching, edging, and seasonal cleanups
- Able to complete tasks without constant supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work full days outdoors
- Comfortable working at a fast pace during peak season
