We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper Worker to join our dynamic warehouse team. Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
- Manage shipping and receiving processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for order tracking and documentation
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using order pickers and packing techniques
- Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory through accurate stock management and order fulfillment procedures
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and ensure correct packaging standards
- Assist with inventory control by conducting stock counts, updating MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems, and maintaining organized storage areas
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during load & unload activities while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in shipping & receiving or distribution environments
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is essential
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar inventory software is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce order picking & packing processes enhances your suitability for this role
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate order processing and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail combined with good communication skills ensures accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation
