Akron based property management company is looking for an experienced maintenance technician for multiple properties.
Pay is commensurate with experience
Must have hands on experience in apartment preparation, plumbing, dry wall/plaster, electrical work.
Must possess:
Strong customer service skills & trustworthiness.
Able to work with residents and vendors & meet deadlines.
Position requires on call responsibilities.
Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Must have own tools.
Reliable auto for travel between properties as required.
