We are currently seeking a seasoned Low Voltage Lead Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in low voltage technology, adept project leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and management of low voltage systems, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.

Lead and supervise low voltage technology projects, ensuring they meet the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Coordinate project teams and assign tasks to team members.

Conduct low voltage installations, including structured cabling, alarm, access control, CCTV, AV, patch panels, and network equipment.

Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that low voltage systems are installed to meet or exceed industry standards and customers expectations.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders.

Proven experience in low voltage technology and project leadership.

A minimum of 2 years' experience installing and commissioning low voltage cabling, closet buildouts, access control hardware, alarm systems, CCTV systems, audio-visual systems and nurse call systems

Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must.

1 year of project leadership experience is preferred.

Frequently standing, walking job sites, and navigating uneven surfaces throughout the workday.

Ability to lift and carry equipment, ladders, spools of cable, conduit, and toolsoften up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable climbing ladders, working on lifts, or accessing ceilings, risers, and elevated platforms.

Regularly working in confined spaces such as above ceilings, under raised floors, inside cabinets, or low-voltage closets.

Reaching above shoulders to install cabling, mount devices, or secure pathways.

Ability to read wiring diagrams, labeling, color codes, and small text in low-light conditions.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, dust, and construction environments.

BICSI certification is a plus.

Experience working in a commercial and industrial environment is a plus.

Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
