DUTIES:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance programs
-
Track maintenance KPIs and use to develop improvement plans and key focus area

Participate in daily operations management processes to ensure business goals are met
-
Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
-
Manage the maintenance of the facility of approximately 150+ employees on a 24-hour operation
-
Focus on driving improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery
-
Responsible for the health and performance of all facility assets and systems
-
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
-
Plan and oversee equipment repair and installation activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BS/BA in industrial management or facility management will be an advantage

Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing preferred

Must have experience in planning maintenance operations and have solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.

Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment and ability to keep track of and report on activity

HVAC license preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Hands on experience with Lean, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies
