What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with VA-LBA (Insurance preferred)
- Are preferably already credentialed with major Virginia payers, including: Anthem HealthKeepers, Aetna Better Health of Virginia, Sentara Health Plans, Other Virginia Medicaid MCOs and commercial plans
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and ethical guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience supervising RBTs/BTs preferred

- Comfortable providing remote supervision and parent training

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and supervise RBTs/BTs, ensuring quality service delivery
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to therapists
- Analyze data and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
