Schedule: Night Shift | 6 PM – 6 AM
Location: Casas Adobes Post-Acute Rehab

About the Role:
We're looking for compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our growing team. If you’re ready to make a real impact in patients' lives while working in a supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
What We’re Looking For
- A current LPN Arizona license (required)
- Prior experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply
