You will be responsible for implementing curriculum aligned with the Rhode Island Early Learning & Development Standards (RIELDS) and maintaining positive, professional relationships with our families.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Care: Provide high-quality care and education for infants (8 weeks to 18 months).
- Communication: Record each child's daily activities and milestones on our parent app and maintain positive communication with families.
- Curriculum: Implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with RIELDS.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment while following daily routines.
- Assessment: Monitor and assess children’s progress and development.
- Teamwork: Collaborate in a respectful, friendly, and fun manner with all team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in an early childhood setting is required.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, have a desire to work collaboratively, and maintain a happy, positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma required, ECE credits preferred
- Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred).
