Duties
- Host live selling sessions on TikTok, demonstrating products with enthusiasm and confidence to attract viewers and generate sales
- Promote products effectively by highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points during live streams
- Engage with viewers in real-time through chat, answering questions, handling objections, and encouraging participation to boost customer interaction
- Collect data on viewer preferences and purchasing behaviors to refine marketing strategies and improve future broadcasts
- Manage social media accounts related to live selling activities, increasing brand visibility and follower engagement
- Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent in-person (virtual) customer service during streams and follow-up communication afterward
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan themed events or promotional campaigns that enhance product visibility and drive traffic
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail store product knowledge is a plus, providing a foundation for understanding customer needs and product features
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings and perform compelling product demos
