A Smiley Face New Jersey ABA Center is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide therapy for children who are already patients at our center and receiving ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric fine motor, sensory, self-care, and developmental needs
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging therapy sessions that support each child’s ABA goals
- Track progress and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with ABA therapists, families, caregivers, and clinical team members
- Educate families on home exercises and daily living skill strategies
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active NJ or NY Occupational Therapist license required
- Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassionate approach to working with children and families
