We’re currently looking for a highly detail-oriented, experienced, and positive Lead Cleaning Technician / Trainer to help train and develop our growing team of 5-Star Cleaners.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform high-quality residential cleanings
- Train and mentor new cleaning technicians
- Demonstrate proper cleaning systems and techniques
- Ensure homes meet Casita Clean’s 5-Star standards
- Help maintain positive team culture
- Support quality control and accountability
- Provide excellent customer service
- Lead by example with professionalism and positivity
What We’re Looking For
- Residential cleaning experience required
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to coach and guide others professionally
- Coachable and open-minded
- Physically able to clean homes and train others
- Morning/daytime availability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
