Position Details:

Full-time position in the Topeka Area at Cedar Ridge Apartments

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, and resident relations

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure satisfactory curb appeal

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents

Display a thorough understanding of the leasing process and company policies for ensuring prospective residents meet occupancy standards

Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with maintenance staff and vendors
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations

Maintain accurate records and files using property management software
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of Cedar Ridge Apartments in Topeka, Kansas.

Minimum of three years of verifiable experience in the multi-family industry, including in a management position, is required

Prior experience in the role of Property Manager is preferred

Compensation is based on experience

Yardi/CRM experience preferred

Basic computer knowledge using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required

Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting for property management including understanding of NOI is preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
