Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our dealership, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our vehicle offerings. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will help drive sales and ensure a positive experience for every visitor.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and pricing
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Support loan processing procedures by gathering necessary documentation and verifying information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financial services offered
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with retail math calculations to determine payment plans or trade-in values
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills including cash management, cashiering, and retail math proficiency
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to perform 10 key typing quickly and accurately for transaction processing
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand, walk, and engage actively throughout shifts
