Job Summary
Administrative support role providing office coordination, reporting, supplier support, legal team assistance, data management, and project coordination for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support legal and administrative operations
- Handle supplier setup, changes, and purchase order support
- Manage assignment mailboxes and department communications
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and events
- Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence
- Maintain databases, records, and department files
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation
- Support attorney memberships, dues, and patent-related meetings
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) activities as needed
- Research inquiries and resolve routine issues
