Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple private residences. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring that the household runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks, from event planning to housekeeping management, while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate household events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Oversee residential cleaning and housekeeping duties, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage household supplies and inventory, ordering items as necessary.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Maintain an organized schedule for household activities, appointments, and events.
- Provide excellent customer service to family members and guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Maintain staff schedule, replace call ins, and fill in for a call in until a replacement can be found.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning or related fields is preferred.
- Strong background in residential cleaning and housekeeping management.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order within the household.
- Experience in cooking with knowledge of various dietary restrictions is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience is beneficial for managing staff effectively.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
