Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our BOH team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have experience with pasta creation, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The line cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:

Prepare pastas, meats, fish, and other menu items to spec.
- Be available to work Saturday & Sunday AM brunch shifts.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Handle and store food items properly to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.

Expereince cooking different types of pastas & preparing appropriate dishes.
- Available Saturday & Sunday AM for brunch shifts.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as pots and pans.

Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment.

Pay: Hourly rate DOE
We are currently looking for Line Cooks for our team. Full and part time positions are available. Prior experience is preferred. Must have PM availability/ weekend.
