Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Handle food with care, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Support food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, stoves, ovens, and other culinary tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures during catering events or special functions to meet health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food service operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
