At 615 Auto Sales, getting customers approved is what we do best.
We are a financing-focused used car dealership located on Main Street in Hendersonville, TN. We have been serving the area since 2018 and are part of a growing three-store dealer group. We are currently hiring three full-time Automotive Sales Representatives.
We specialize in helping customers secure financing, including buyers who may have had difficulty getting approved elsewhere. This creates real opportunities for our sales team to work deals, help customers, and earn a strong income.
Previous automotive sales experience is strongly preferred, but you do not need years of dealership experience. We are looking for someone who understands the basics of working with customers, following up, presenting vehicles, and operating in a sales environment.
We will train you on our sales and financing process. We need someone who can learn quickly, follow our system, and start producing.

Responsibilities
- Work with walk-in customers, phone leads, and online inquiries
- Help customers select the right vehicle
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process
- Present vehicles and financing options clearly and professionally
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and CRM
- Stay organized and manage your customer pipeline
- Provide strong customer service throughout the process
- Work with management to structure and close deals

- Previous sales experience
- Automotive or dealership sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
