Lake Powell Ford in Page, AZ is looking for a knowledgeable Parts Counterperson to support its service and sales departments. Day to day, this role means helping customers and technicians find what they need quickly and accurately, keeping inventory tight, and contributing to a parts department that runs without friction. Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and purchases promptly and accurately
Stay current on parts inventory, availability, and ordering systems
Process orders, returns, and special requests efficiently
Communicate parts status and updates to customers and internal staff
Support inventory accuracy through regular counts and accurate record-keeping
Keep the parts department clean and organized
Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Prior parts counter experience not required but preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests at once without losing accuracy
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
High school diploma or equivalent required
